INSTRUCTIONS!

When started press N for the next Scene and press SPACE to confirm Scene, LMB on a country to select it and press ENTER a few times to select a country and start the game.

LMB  To select, N for next, ENTER or SPACE to confirm.

Install instructions

After Downloaded create a TXT for a custom start scene, select "File" on start and open the TXT and wait, states have numbers assigned, the file will list the owner of each state in numerical order, the modbuilder will help you with making the file.
